During this course, the student will learn basic first aid treatment for diving- and non-diving-related accidents. The course is broken down into 3 parts. Part 1 focuses on primary care for life-threatening problems, including how to deal with them and provide first aid. In the secondary care part, we focus on non-life-threatening issues and how to provide first aid. Finally, care for children focuses on first aid for infants and children. This course is for both scuba divers and non-divers. It does not include any in-water training.
During this course, you will learn how to administer oxygen for scuba diving accidents. You will also learn the different types of equipment configurations, as well as first aid. It takes a minimum of 2 days to complete the course. This course is for both scuba divers and non-divers. It does not include any in-water training.
